How are the packages dispatched?

Generally orders under 2 kilos in weight are dispatched by Australia Post. Orders over 2 kilos in weight are sent via either Australia Post or Fastway Couriers depending on the destination.

How quickly are the packages dispatched?

We will despatch your order within 24 hours of receiving cleared payment (majority are dispatched the same day if cleared payment is received before 3pm AEST)

Any delays in despatching orders are generally due to delays in clearance of payments.

As a rule of thumb clearance times for the various payment methods are as follows:

·         Credit/Debit Card -Immediate clearance

·         PayPal or Credit/Debit Card via PayPal -Immediate clearance

·         Electronic Bank Transfer -1 day clearance, depending on your bank. Our bank details are as follows:

What is the difference between Genuine (OEM), Compatible, Remanufactured and Refilled Cartridges?

1. Genuine or Original (OEM) -are cartridges produced by the Original Equipment Manufactures such as Hewlett Packard, Canon, Lexmark etc and imported into Australia. Because of the brand name they are the most expensive on the market.
2. Compatible -These are a generic version of the OEM cartridges except without the OEM’s brand name on them.                                                                                                                 Compatible printer cartridges produced by quality controlled and reputable manufactures meet the highest standards of quality, reliability and exceptional yields that meet or sometimes exceed that of the original printer cartridge. Each compatible printer cartridge is manufactured 100% brand new and also come with a micro chip fitted if applicable You can liken them to a supermarket’s own brand of grocery products. A compatible printer cartridge offers an economical alternative to the expensive name-brand original printer cartridge.                                                                                        
3. Remanufactured or Rebuilt or Refurbished –Empty cartridges are disassembled, cleaned, any worn out parts replaced and then rebuilt. The rebuilt cartridges are then filled with OEM quality ink and tonners. Remanufactured cartridges produced by quality controlled and reputable firms will give an OEM equivalent performance at a much cheaper price.
4. Refilled cartridges are simply empty cartridges refilled with ink or toner. They are not disassembled to replace worn out parts. They are the cheapest cartridges available on the market.

If you have tried compatible or remanufactured cartridges before and didn’t find them satisfactory or they didn’t last as long as original cartridges it is most likely you either bought a refilled cartridge or a poor quality compatible or remanufactured cartridge.

If a supermarket’s own brand of grocery products are good enough to be eaten than certainly Compatible and Remanufactured cartridges from reputable manufactures should be more than good enough for printing.

Will using a compatible cartridge void my warranty?

To get your business printer manufacturers sell printers at give away prices, at even below cost. Once you have bought their printers they make their profits from selling their cartridges. By using compatibles you are reducing their profit. Naturally they will threaten to void your warranty if you use compatible cartridges. They can not void your warranty simply for using compatible cartridges

How much will I pay for shipping?

Within Australia delivery is free for any orders over $75. Delivery charges for orders under $75 is $5.95. Items are sent either by Australia Post or Fastway couriers. When you checkout, and before you confirm your order and pay, shipping costs will be clearly displayed.

International Orders

Email or fax us what you wish to purchase and your shipping destination and we will email you the shipping cost.

How secure is your site for credit card transactions?
All credit card numbers are encrypted in the software when the order is placed using 128 bit encryption. They are only decrypted by the bank to process your payment and the numbers are not stored any longer than is necessary for processing. They are not held in clear text on any web site.

Once you enter the credit card area you will notice a "Padlock" or "Key" symbol in your browser (usually at the top or bottom of the browser screen) ensuring you of the highest security.

How do I locate the cartridge I want to order?
You can use our website to locate the cartridge you are looking for in any of the following different ways:

1.      If you know the cartridge number enter it in the Cartridge Search box at the top and it will list all the genuine (OEM), compatible and remanufactured cartridges with pictures where possible to help identify your cartridge.

2.      If you don’t know the cartridge number but know the printer number enter it in the Printer Search box at the top and it will list all the genuine (OEM), compatible and remanufactured cartridges with pictures where possible to help identify your cartridge.

3.      You may use the Brand & Printer Select method located in the top of the left hand menu by selecting the Brand of your printer and then the Model of the Printer. This will display a list of cartridges suitable for your printer.

4.      You may use the Manufacturer's Listing also located on the left hand menu. Simply select the Manufacturer and a list of all printers made by this manufacturer will be displayed. Select your printer and it will list cartridges suitable for your printer.

What if I or my representatives are not available to accept and sign for goods when delivery is attempted by courier?

On the check out page before completing the order customers must indicate if they or their authorised representative will be available to receive and sign for the cartridges when they are delivered (strongly recommended) or they want the cartridges to be left at the nominated address without a signature or physical hand over to the customer. If you choose the latter option SuperCheap Printer Cartridges or any courier company will not be responsible for any damage or loss during delivery

 

If you choose to receive and sign for the cartridges but are not available the courier may leave you a note informing you of the delivery attempt and how you might be able to collect your order. Please note that an additional delivery fee may apply for any order which cannot be successfully delivered as per instructions in the first instance.

What brand of compatibles and remanufactured cartridges do you sell?
We sell PrintRite and White-box compatibles and remanufactured cartridges. These are all produced by quality controlled and reputable manufactures and imported by leading wholesalers in Australia.

 

Do your compatibles and remanufactured cartridges have chips on them?
Yes, all our compatible and remanufactured cartridges are sold standard with microchips
